Ordering and account settings
Select the “Add to Cart” button and review and confirm your order details and item(s) before placing the order. If you’d like assistance in placing your order, you can always reaching us at email: support@pinkzio.com
If your order has been placed and the billing information is incorrect, you won’t be able to change this on your order once the order is actually fulfilled.
▶Submit your order cancellation request to our customer support within 24H after placing the order (exceptions may apply when your order has been actually processed in the facility, or, the fulfillment center is actively working on shipping). In this case order status can not be changed)

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is actually fulfilled. We highly suggest double-checking your address before placing your order.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, ShopPay, AMEX, ApplePay, Google Pay, gift cards, Shop Pay and store credits issued by Pinkzio.
Orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, or EU countries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or fees levied by the destination country or state. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Pinkzio has no control over these charges, nor can Pinkzio predict what they may be.

Shipping
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.
If you don't see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder or add support@pinkzio.com to your safe sender’s list.
*An e-mail address will be requested when filling in your order information for receiving your order tracking notifications.
For US orders, FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDER from the US.
For international orders, shipping fee will be automatically calculated on your checkout page, depends on your located country and the shipping method you choose.
Shipping takes 4-8 days for US order, international order may need 10-20 days of shipping!
We have several warehouses within the US. Your order will ship from the one with the available inventory closest to you.

Return and Refund
You’ll receive a refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item back. Returns must be processed within 7 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.
We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. While there are some cases that your order is not eligible for return/refund, for example, the item has been used or broken caused by customer side.

Collaboration/Sponsoring
We’re proud to support artists in every stage of their creative journey. Though we are constantly growing and eager to collaborate with creative individuals, we consider sponsorships and collaborations on a case-by-case basis. In order for a group/organization to be considered, please contact us via email at support@pinkzio.com , provide the organization name and contact details as well as your request. Once submitted and reviewed, we will contact you directly.
You can send an inquiry by emailing us at support@pinkzio.com. Please let us know what products you are interested in. Also, include links to your social media profiles, and tell us a little bit about yourself and explain how your personal brand aligns with Pinkzio’s community of creatives.
To apply to our Sponsorship Program, send us an email via support@pinkzio.com and include your name, social media handles, and any other information you feel would assist in collaborating with each other.
Please note, we receive a large number of requests for sponsorships. We do our best to pick potential sponsors who show great potential for reaching inspiring artists.
The primary difference between collaborating with Pinkzio under the Sponsorship Program and being an Pinkzio Affiliate is that under the Affiliate Program you will be able to earn commissions for items purchased using your exclusive affiliate link.
Individuals that are chosen for our Sponsorship Program will receive products for testing and review after applying.
