What is your return and exchange policy?
We have a 7-day 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging and we will refund your total amount.
You have 3 options when making a return:
- Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item back. Returns must be processed within 7 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.
- Store Credit: If you want to make a return and it is past the 7-day delivery date, you will receive a store credit that you can use at Pinkzio.com at checkout.
- Partial Refund: You may be able to receive a partial refund for the following products:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned after 7 days from delivery

Orders received over 7 days
- Any item not in their original condition which means unworn, undamaged, free from fake tan/makeup any other stains, pet hairs, perfume, deodorant and don't have the original Pinkzio tags attached

How do I return my product?
