What is your return and exchange policy?

We have a 7-day 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging and we will refund your total amount.

You have 3 options when making a return:

  1. Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item back. Returns must be processed within 7 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.
  2. Store Credit: If you want to make a return and it is past the 7-day delivery date, you will receive a store credit that you can use at Pinkzio.com at checkout.
  3. Partial Refund: You may be able to receive a partial refund for the following products:
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned after 7 days from delivery

Items not eligible for a refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Orders received over 7 days

  • Any item not in their original condition which means unworn, undamaged, free from fake tan/makeup any other stains, pet hairs, perfume, deodorant and don't have the original Pinkzio tags attached
  • Other issues that caused by customer side.

How do I return my product?

Send an email to support@pinkzio.com. Provide us a photo of the actual item that you received so that we can proceed to the next step of the process and get this resolved for you.

As soon as we receive the required photo(s), we’ll move this process forward as quickly as possible.
